Using my MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago, I combine my expert storytelling skills with 4+ years of marketing experience. I've earned certifications from SEMrush and HubSpot and I am experienced in platforms such as Eloqua, AirTable, Submittable and more. I love to create campaigns that focus on connecting people to information or expert advice that supports them personally or professionally. When I'm not working, I love wandering art galleries and reading with a hot cup of Earl Grey tea.

Unwoven Literary & Arts Magazine

Unwoven Literary & Arts Magazine is a new publication. I designed and executed their website. Since its inaugural issue, the website expanded to offer forms for reader applications, an events tab, news articles, extended submission information, etc.

Informa Foodservice Events

On the Foodservice event team, I oversaw the creation, maintenance, and update of over 20 different websites using Informa website design platform CORE. Background hero images and other decorate assets were in collaboration with the graphic design team.

Multi-touch Campaign

For Informa, I executed multi-touch email campaigns for attendee acquisition in collaboration with a growth marketer on Marketo and Eloqua. The following Google Sheet uses a fake event to example how I might design a complex email campaign with multiple target audiences.

The following screenshots are of a welcome email sequence I designed to attract new leads for the International Association of Women (IAW). It includes 6 emails that lasts over 12 days offering a glimpse into the resources and events IAW provides its members. Since launching, the email sequence has a 36% open rate and convert leads into subscribed members.
